No Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Pleco Invasive Removal.

 

As a conservation-focused organization working toward nonprofit status, all funds received — including event fees, merchandise purchases, and donations — are used directly to support invasive species removal efforts, equipment costs, fuel, safety gear, and operational expenses.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

This policy applies to:

  • Event registrations

  • Merchandise purchases

  • Donations

  • Sponsorships

  • Service fees

 

Because resources are allocated immediately to support our mission, we are unable to process refunds once a payment has been completed.

 

Event Exceptions

If Pleco Invasive Removal cancels an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered one of the following at our discretion:

  • Transfer to a future event

  • Event credit

  • Rescheduled date

 

Refunds will not be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement if appropriate.

Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, registration, or donation, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Pleco Invasive Removal reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
